Booking and confirmation

Any request sent via the form or WhatsApp is a booking request. It becomes firm on receipt of our written confirmation stating the ride, date, meeting time and price. For raids and quoted packages, confirmation is accompanied by a 20% deposit paid by bank transfer.

Prices and payment

Prices are stated per vehicle, in Moroccan dirhams, with equipment, guide and fuel included. The euro equivalent is indicative. The balance is paid on site on the day of the ride, in cash (dirhams or euros at the day’s rate). No online payment is requested.

Cancellation and rescheduling

1- and 2-hour rides: free cancellation up to 48 hours before the meeting time. Raids and quoted packages: the deposit is refunded for cancellations up to 7 days before the date; after that it is retained, except in dangerous weather.

If weather conditions make the trails dangerous, Buggy Agafay reschedules the ride at no charge to a date of your choice or refunds the deposit paid.

Conditions of participation and safety

Drivers must be at least 16 years old and present a form of ID; minors drive under the responsibility of an adult who is present. Passengers are admitted from age 6. No licence is required, as rides take place on private trails.

Wearing a helmet and harness (buggy) is compulsory. Each participant undertakes to follow the briefing, stay in convoy behind the guide and comply with the guide’s instructions. Buggy Agafay may refuse departure or stop a ride in the event of dangerous behaviour, intoxication or refusal to follow instructions, without refund.

Damage caused to a vehicle by clearly reckless driving or driving contrary to instructions may be charged to the driver.

Insurance and liability

Vehicles are covered by basic third-party liability insurance. We recommend that every participant checks that their travel insurance covers buggy and quad riding. Personal belongings carried remain the responsibility of their owner.
