Getting to Agafay from Marrakech: transfer and meeting point
Our base is 25 km from the centre of Marrakech, roughly 35 minutes along the Amizmiz road. A fixed address that’s easy to give to a driver, and three ways to reach it: taxi or ride-hailing app, car, or an organised transfer from your hotel.

All our rides leave from the Afriquia petrol station at kilometre 16 on the Amizmiz road (R203), in the commune of Oumnass. From the centre of Marrakech, head for Amizmiz via the Guemassa road; the petrol station is on your right and impossible to miss. The access map, the GPS coordinates and the plus code will take you straight there.
Arrive 20 to 30 minutes before departure time: enough for the paperwork (ID, waiver), kitting up and the briefing. You return to the same spot.
Three ways to get here
Taxi or ride-hailing app
The simplest option from the medina, Guéliz or Hivernage: 35 minutes, via a ride-hailing app or a grand taxi negotiated in advance. Give the address “Afriquia petrol station, km 16 on the Amizmiz road”.
Hire car
Tarmac road all the way to the base, free parking on site. Follow signs for Amizmiz from the ring road; allow 30 minutes outside rush hour.
Organised transfer
On request, we arrange a return transfer from your hotel or riad through our partner drivers (Medina, Hivernage, Guéliz, Palmeraie). The price is stated in your confirmation.

You receive the exact meeting time, the pin for the base and, if you’ve booked the transfer, the pick-up time at your hotel.

Arrival at the base
Paperwork, then helmets, goggles, harness or gloves handed out, followed by a 10- to 15-minute briefing with a demonstration on the vehicle.

The ride
The guide leads the trail. 1 hour, 2 hours or a full day depending on your option, with a tea break at the camp from 2 hours of driving.

Return and payment
Back at the base, a quick rinse-off, last photos. You pay on site, in dirhams or euros. Back to Marrakech the same way you came.
