Golden hour · 2 h of driving · from 700 DH

Sunset buggy or quad ride in Agafay

The desert’s most photogenic hour: set off around 90 minutes before sunset, head for the ochre plateaus of Agafay, low light raking across the rock and the High Atlas running through every shade of orange. Back at the base at nightfall, in time for dinner in Marrakech.

Highlights

  • The best light

Long shadows, golden rock, a sky turning violet: the photos take themselves.

  • Perfect temperatures

No more heavy heat, not yet cold: the ideal window, especially from May to September.

  • Buggy or quad

The ride runs on all our vehicles: Can-Am X3 with 2 or 4 seats, Kawasaki 300 or Outlander.

  • Optional dinner at a camp

Extend the evening with a dinner and show at a neighbouring Agafay camp; we’ll arrange it all.
